Mixing ratios, flow and tolerances are continuously monitored. If the required mixing ratio cannot be maintained, the system stops the process and generates an alarm.\n\nThe intuitive touch screen provides the operator with a clear overview of the selected recipe, mixing ratio, material consumption, flow rate and remaining pot life of the mixed material.\n\nMOUMIX can be adapted to the specific application and used for both manual and automated application. Depending on the requirements, the system can be configured for 2, 3 or 4 components and equipped with different flow meters, robot and PLC communication, remote control, material pressure regulation and solutions for multiple spray guns.\n\nThe system can store up to 50 individually adjustable recipes.
