In order to maintain a high standard and offer our customers the best possible guidance, we are continuously working on improvements, and we have had our management system ISO certified according to ISO 9001:2023.
All our solutions are developed in accordance with applicable norms and standards, with ATEX being a particular area of expertise. In addition, we are in the process of certifying our environmental and working environment systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
We work with HSE in all three of our core business areas. We advise, guide and train our customers so that they work under good and safe working conditions.
Health - We advise our customers on the correct use of equipment to avoid injuries and the emission of hazardous substances. In addition, we train our customers so that they are aware of the necessary protective equipment and know how and when to use it.
Safety - At Mouritsen, we work with a number of internal safety requirements. We do this partly in connection with our ISO certification and partly in connection with our CE marking as well as associated documentation and training. This is done across all our business areas in relation to both machines and equipment.
Environment - Environmental impact most often occurs in connection with surface treatments as excess liquids or substances can have a negative impact on the environment. Therefore, we always make sure to tell and show our customers which option has the lowest environmental impact.
Buying the most environmentally friendly solution is often an additional expense that should be seen as an investment - and it often has an incredibly short payback time. You can get an example of this in the Montana case story .
There are also many solutions that can optimize recycling rates. We also provide guidance on these whenever possible and when it can benefit our customer. In fact, up to 80% of the thinner discharged during evaporation tasks can be recycled if captured.
