PM2100 Nitrogen
On-site nitrogen generator for production of large quantities of nitrogen in its purest form 24 hours a day, all year round.
A PM2100 nitrogen generator from Mouritsen A/S makes it possible to produce nitrogen on-demand and on-site on offshore vessels and platforms. The nitrogen generator can produce nitrogen in up to 99.9% purity and with a flow of up to 500 m³/h and a pressure of up to 9 bar.
This makes the PM2100 ideal for production of large quantities of nitrogen offshore, where you want to minimize transport costs, improve safety on board and not least leave a greener impact on the climate. You both lower your CO2 footprint, reduce your costs and improve the safety of your on-site employees.

Nitrogen hose
1 1/2" Nitrogen hoses for nitrogen distribution setup.
Y-connector 1 1/2" + 1 1/2" Ball Valve
For Nitrogen outlet. Y-connector check valve and 2 x 1 1/2" outlet with ball valves for the possibility of creating dual outlets from PM2100 NitroGen to create infrastructure.
Nitrogen Manifold
Nitrogen Manifold for setup. 1 x 1/1/2" BSP(P) external thread inlet and 6 pieces 3/8" BSP(P) external thread out. Fitted with ball valves and check valves.
