Paint storage and Mixing Container ATEX & DNV 2.7-1

Safety is at its highest level with this ATEX approved container. It is equipped with a gas detector that shuts down the container and sends an alarm to CCR in case of high concentrations of gas (20%LEL).

The container is ATEX compliant for use in Zone 2 and has amongst other features:

• Internal connections for breathing air and working air

• 2 internal power sockets for 230V AC

• Forced ventilation. Approx. 40 times of air shift/h

• 2,0 kw area heater

• 0,5 kw closet heater for paint buckets

• Drip tray with reservoir for paint mixing

• Shelfs for storage of paint buckets and other items.

• Hooks and wires for drying of small items.

• Shelfs for storage of paint buckets and other items.

• Internal gas detection

• Internal fire detection

• Fire/gas detection signal to CCR

• ESD signal from CCR to container
