Blasting room
Mouritsen offers a wide range of professional blast cabinets. There are 2 principles within blast cabinets: injection- or pressure-fed. Injection is suitable for the lighter tasks and the pressure feed is used when high capacity and intensive use is required.
The blasting rooms can be mounted for both manual and automatic control and are ideal for removing rust or for achieving cleanliness and matting of various small parts. The blasting rooms are designed with built-in efficient dust filtration and recycling system on the back and where the filter cartridges are automatically cleaned to ensure continuous operation.
The quality cabinets are manufactured from 3mm steel plates, which are then coated on the inside with 3mm rubber protection on both side and end walls. Customised accessories such as rotating tables and barrels, rail systems and nozzles can of course be purchased.
