Welcome to our new Application Engineer

53-year-old Karsten Heydenreich Hansen has started as an Application Engineer in our technology department - among other things with the purpose to strengthening our competences within surface treatment.

Karsten comes with long and broad experience within surface treatment. Most recently from a similar position, where he has been a robot technician with responsibility for, among other things, the implementation of robots and automation for surface treatment.

“We see Karsten as a key person in relation to our overall strategy. A strategy that contains ambitious goals in automation, digitization and a green approach to technical solutions. He is a great match for the current employees in the department, and he will certainly strengthen the team with his solid skills and broad experience within surface treatment” , says CTO Lars Lübker.

Must support Mouritsen's strategy

As an Application Engineer, Karsten must first and foremost support the sales department with technical product knowledge as well as support our technicians in connection with service.

In addition, he will assist in the running of both external and internal courses on surface treatment and service of equipment.

Karsten will also support our work in making sustainability a fundamental part of both surface treatment and related processes, just as he will also be part of our Mouritsen's digitization team.
