The activity in our warehouse is steadily increasing, and we have therefore employed Johnni Cooke, aged 37, who will take care of the daily operational tasks in the warehouse. In addition to Johnny's positive energy, he brings 14 years of experience as a skilled warehouse and logistics operator.
As part of our growth plan, we have also strengthened our purchasing function with 57-year-old Henrik E. Pedersen. Henrik has many years of experience from the industry. For the past four years, Henrik has been on the "other side" of the table in a sales role, and we are sure that the knowledge Henrik has from both sides of the table will benefit us here at Mouritsen and contribute to strengthening our work with quality.
New man in Offshore
To strengthen our Offshore team, we have hired Jacob, aged 31, from Jelling. Jacob is a trained engineer, and here at Mouritsen, as part of the offshore team, he must act as a link between the workshop and the technical administration.
His primary tasks are to implement new streamlined procedures for Offshore, where he will have the main responsibility for the processes: hose production and digitization. In addition, he must specify new machines and maintain and improve the existing ones.
Increased focus on developing competencies and onboarding
At Mouritsen, we focus on employee development and well-being by making it a priority and investing in it in our daily work. To help with the implementation of our new initiative, we have assigned HR consultant Anne Ditlev Nygaard. Anne will support managers and employees in the continuous development of Mouritsen based on our three core values: Quality, Responsibility and Good Workplace. Anne will also focus on competence development, recruitment and onboarding of new employees, well-being and strengthening our core values.
Anne has previously been HR manager at Danfoss, Triax and Shell. We therefore have no doubt that her experience will benefit us.
