Osucas OC380 and OC600 metallization units

The OC380 plant can deliver up to 380 amps. If you need extra performance, the OC600 with 600 amps is the obvious choice.

A wide range of benefits

The Osucas OC380 and OC600 operate at 380 amps and 600 amps respectively and are characterized by a very stable and consistent operation. You achieve, among other things, the following benefits:

• 100% performance. In other words, for example, an OC380 amp system provides 380 amps, on the contrary to other manufacturers.

• A built-in PLC control system ensures that any process errors are both indicated with signal lights and shown in detail in the PLC display.

• Switching on and off during the spraying process takes place automatically via the corresponding preset Siemens PLC. This produces a uniform and stable spraying process.

• The innovative DC power supplies from Osucas ensure a power supply with very low energy losses and a minimum of heat dissipation at the terminals due to a large contact surface.

• Low wear and a minimum consumption of spare parts thanks to an innovative construction.

• Flexible, simple and robust hose design. supplied as standard in full 10 and 12 meter hose packages. But can also be delivered in solutions with up to 40 meters with Push&Pull wire feed, and up to 40 meters with wire feed trolley. Depending on your needs, individual

  lengths of hose packages can also be configured.

• User-friendly OC1 metallization gun with closed nozzle system.
  

Configure to your needs

Osucas' modular component design allows you to configure your Osucas metallization plant to your specific needs. For example, in relation to the metallization gun, wire unwinding stand and the length of the cable and hose package. For example, we can offer OC-Mini, which is a lightweight gun with a weight of only 1.1 kilos for easier operation, angle extenders for metallizing guns and much more.

Standard equipment

The Osucas OC380 and OC600 come with the following standard components:

• Power supply of 380/600 amps including mounted WF4 push motor.

• Handheld OC1 spray gun weighing 2.4 kg. with closed nozzle system for 2.5 mm Zn and ZnAI wires.

• Hose packages in either 10 m or 12 m (OC380) and 8 m (OC600).

Optional extras:

• Wire unwinding is available either for coils or for drums. When unwinding from coils, there is the possibility of mobile use on e.g. construction sites, as the dispenser is mounted directly on the power supply unit. If there is a greater need, wire can be unwound directly from 200 liter drums

• Drum cap with wire dispenser: The drum cap allows the wire to be protected from dust and other sources of contamination, and the wire unwinder is mounted directly on top of the cap. The hood works with drums with a diameter of 505-574 mm.
